Let’s play a word association game. If I say “theme parks,” what words might pop into your head? Rides. Children. Long lines. The latter can be the most frustrating part of your experience. If you’re going to Disney, you can plan out three fast passes in advance (but good luck getting a pass for Toy Story Mania or Peter Pan less than a month out from your trip). At Universal, patrons can cough up a few extra hundred dollars to purchase Express Passes for their family. Otherwise, you’re left to the mercy of the standby crowds.
